I’m excited to share my passion about my profession in hopes to bring a fun and new perspective in this crazy business. It is an amazing time to be in recruiting with all the evolving technological advances that will continue to make our jobs easier and more profitable. Can you imagine the days of three-ring binders that held thousands of resumes, faxing or delivering resumes to client’s doorsteps, flipping through thick telephone books and “smiling and dialing” using those ugly manila colored phones.  What a nostalgic reminder of where we have been and where we are today.

As professional in the recruiting industry and a blog reader, I feel compelled to share my management, business development and recruiting experiences. You can find that this blog will be genuine, constructive and straight-forward to its readers. I will discuss about the good, the bad and even the ugly in hopes you will discover truths about recruiting through my adversities, humility, perseverance and success. I encourage you to challenge, collaborate and use this blog as a sounding board. Moreover, I want the readers to know that this is just another conversation in my office and please feel open to speak your mind.
